Trip to Washington D.C. & New York City June 18 – June 22, 2017

General Information School Tours of America. or Tour Director: Bill Sheak -- Students should maintain a G.P.A. of at least 2.0 and earn Satisfactory Citizenship marks.

Basic Itinerary: Tour of monuments (Jefferson, Lincoln, Washington, Vietnam, Korea, WWII, FDR, MLK etc.) Arlington Cemetery Capitol Building Tour Library of Congress White House Photo Stop Smithsonian Museums (Air & Space, Natural History; American History) Holocaust Museum National Archives Mount Vernon Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island 9/11 Memorial Museum Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Central Park Broadway Show and more!

Trip includes: Round-trip air transportation Transfer bus to airport Secure, quality hotel accommodations All meals (3 per day) & admission fees Sightseeing with professional drivers/guides 24 hour on-call company representatives at the hotel Comprehensive medical and accident insurance.

Safety Adult Chaperone ratio is 1:10. Mr. Sheak will chaperone the group with other teachers as necessary. 24 hour on-call STA representatives and a toll free 24 hour number for parents and students. Private nighttime security guards stationed on the floors of the hotel where we are staying. STA representatives stay at the hotels with us. Student are not to leave their room after curfew. Boys and girls are not permitted in each others’ rooms.

Tour Pricing participation is optional (not school-sponsored) Trip cost is all-inclusive. The only money you would need to bring with you is for souvenirs! Students: price is $2230 (quad occupancy) Adults: price is $2470 (double occupancy). T-Shirt: optional $14.95 Payment Protection Program – (Cancellation Insurance) an additional $219 is added to the above cost so your payments will be refunded if you cancel. To opt out of this program, check the “NO” box on the back of the form.

Registration & Payment Fill out the registration form and send it to STA in the enclosed envelope with the registration fee of $99 by November 11. (The registration fee is applied toward the trip price.) STA will provide payment options. Final payment is due by April 9.
