5 Best Energy Snacks Tyler Bare

Pre-Workout Perhaps the best thing that you can eat before working out would be eating peanut butter in some way. There are many ways that you can do that such as a peanut butter sandwich. The reason behind this being that peanut butter is very high in protein and is great before a workout.

Pre-Workout Not only eating but drinking water is key when it comes to your pre-workout diet routine. It is important that you stay hydrated and drink water at all times, because if you don’t it could lead to serious bodily damage.

Pre-workout Fruits specifically bananas give your body the vitamins, potassium and natural sugars that you body needs for energy to efficiently get threw your workout.

Pre-workout The importance of eating, such as maybe a baked potato for it’s carbohydrates before your workout goes beyond just gains, but it effects your body’s health. So that you can do the most that you possibly can.

After-workout Within 30min of any workout you should always get something in your system so that your body can have time for your muscle fibers to rebuild.

After-workout Hands down the best thing that you can drink is chocolate milk it has a large amount of protein and calcium that helps rebuild muscle and strengthen bones.

After-workout Pork has a ton of protein and is probably the most important thing to get in your system after a good workout, and there are many different things that you can eat after a workout that are full of protein.

After Workout Salmon has many different things in it that benefit us in many different ways, salmon has a very high amount of protein in it which rebuilds muscle and fish oil that helps keep our heart healthy.

After – Workout Gatorade is a great sports drink that many athletes sponsor and drink because it helps rehydrate and replace electrolites that you lost during the workout.

After – Workout Milk is a great thing to drink that is high in vitamin D and helps keep your bones strong.

After-workout Drinking a protein shake such as Muscle Tech is another good way to restore your body’s energy, and has been proven in many cases that it will help you build muscle, and is high in protein.

Timing When it comes to staying healthy and keeping a good diet timing is everything. A combination of eating healthy and eating on time rather than random times in the day makes a huge difference in how you workout. You should always eat within the first 30min of waking up, 45min before working out and within 30min after one.
