Patients' Charter for TB Care Outlines the 8 Rights and 4 Responsibilities of people with tuberculosis. Sets out the ways in which patients, the community, health providers and governments can work in a positive partnership. Practices the principle of Greater Involvement of People with Tuberculosis. Developed in tandem with the International Standard for Tuberculosis Care.

Implementation of Patients' Charter Experience of DR Congo 1999 : It Created a TB Association in DR of Congo with as denomination Club des Amis Damien. works for TB care and prevention. The 1 st TB Club worked at Ndjombo health establishment in Kinshasa 2001 : Starts extension of experience in others health establishments of TB care 2006 : 30 TB Clubs called (Antennas) in 30 health establishments of TB care in Kinshasa

TB members' activities Sanitary education (share information), Visit at home, Orientation of the suspect cases, Recovery of irregular and abandonments, Administration of DOT at home on mandate of the Tuberculosis nurse, Sensitization Campaigns events (WTBD, etc..)
