Payment Plan: September 30 th,2016 ($300) November 30 th,2016 ($350) January 13 th,2017 ($470) Only students who have paid $300 by September 30 th, 2017 will be allowed to attend the trip. No refunds will be made after the September 30 th, 2017 payment without penalty. SENIOR PROM The Palace Ballroom at The Merion in Cinnaminson, NJ May 19 th, PM – 11PM

KEY POINTS: Cost to students will be $90 per person. Students may make a payment for Prom at any time before the deadline to guarantee a spot. The deadline will be approximately one month before prom. Any Senior bringing a date outside of PTHS must fill out a guest form. Acceptable age of date: 14 – 20. Students will experience a glamorous ballroom with marble floors, crystal chandelier and a 1920’s theme. There will also be an outdoor garden with a scenic waterfall for great pictures! Also included: party favors and gift for everyone, photo-booth, buffet dinner and a great DJ!

In the Spring of 2017, Formal Expressions and Dare Boutique of Cherry Hill will be sponsoring a Senior Class Prom Fashion Show. The show will take place during school in which all Senior classes will attend. Information will become available as to how you can sign up to be in the fashion show.

This year’s theme: Board Games Our theme: CLUE! This is a great way to get involved and show your school spirit Join the Senior Homecoming Committee and help out with our class banner, skit and hallway!

Forms will soon be made available to choose a class T-shirt, hoodie, long-sleeve shirt, sweatpants and more! You can choose from several colors and sizes. There will be a big “17” on the back of the T-shirt which Seniors will sign when handing in an order form Let’s wear our class gear on Friday’s to show our school spirit! All spirit wear forms will be due by the end of October in the hopes to get all orders to you by Thanksgiving Break.

As Seniors, you will receive 100% of all profits made from fundraising! Current fundraisers that are available:  Restaurant Cards  Scratch Off Cards  Holiday Traditions Catalogue See Mr. Boshnack with your fundraising ideas!

YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY SENIOR CLASS ACTIVITIES IF YOU OWE AN OBLIGATION! This includes sports, clubs, trips, prom and most importantly, graduation! Take care of it as soon as possible in the Main Office.

You will receive a letter in the mail early in 2017 with two forms attached:  Graduation and Diploma  Cap and Gown Make sure to hand in both forms on the due date specified in the letter!

Yearbooks will go on sale starting next week; they will be offered to you at $45. The price of yearbooks goes up as the year goes on so buy one soon! See Ms. Glassman for more information on yearbooks.

 Early in the month of June before you graduate there will be an end of the year celebration!  Some options being considered at the moment: ◦ Senior Grad Night at Six Flags ◦ Senior Picnic at Black Bear Lake or Pocono Valley Resort
