License Host Transfer Use an % (percentage sign as a wildcard) if you do not know the exact or complete spelling of the end customers detail. 1.Enter known data in search criteria fields. 2.Click Search License Host. TIPS for best search results: Company is the customers parent company name, you may not know how Avaya has this represented as in master data. Therefore, we suggest that you use Host ID: which is the MAC or VMD address for the specific machine you are looking to transfer, the Group ID: which is the customer Functional Location SAP number, or click Advance Search and enter the SAP order number in the Sales/Contract # field.

Note that Move field will also display the location which it is originating from. Be sure not to select the same location or the system will display an error.
