Students Open Chrome and go to Download and Open the Importing Spreadsheet 7
Students Login to either: Edugence Gradebook 8
Students Edugence - Turn to the page 2 of your handout and complete steps Gradebook - Turn to the page 3 of your handout and complete steps QUESTIONS – ASK When finished with your first class, complete the rest of your classes. 9
Students Add practice students Find the file titled “Practice” Go to: Shared Drive District Folder 00_ZipGrade Folder Open “Practice.csv” Copy and paste the student information beneath your last student. 10
Students Save the Excel file as a CSV file. Click File; Save As Name the file Select CSV from Save as type. 11
Students Login to your ZipGrade account Click on Students Select – Import Students from CSV Choose File, check the box and Upload. 12
Students Complete the Field Mapping Chart Select ZipGrade ID# Select First Name Select Last Name Select Class Period Select Student ID# Click when finished 13
