What is a portfolio? A portfolio is a way to collect and organize your experiences. Examples:

Why would I want to keep a portfolio?

In your portfolio you can…

Let’s sign in to Seesaw 1.Select the SeeSaw app on your iPad. It is probably on your home screen. 2.Scan the QR code on your My Login Info handout.

3.Select the photo icon and take a picture of yourself. You can switch the direction of the camera or have your neighbor help you.

4.When you are happy with your picture select the green check in the top, right corner to save. 5.Find your name from the list and select the circle beside it and select the green check again. 6.Then select the Beginning of the year folder, select the green check. And then again, select the green check to say your are done. 6.Now your picture will be saved under your name for you to review and for me to “grade” Saving work -

Emojinal Post Add new item by selecting the + at the right, top of your screen. Select “Note” Use 3 different emoticons to describe how you feel about coming back to school today. Post it to your account in the Beginning of the Year folder.

Select “Drawing”. The requirement is to draw about one thing that you loved doing this summer. DON’T SAVE IT YET! Select “Record” and record an explanation of your pic. After you are done recording pick the green check, not the record button. Play it and make sure it is how you want it, the select another green check. If we have time, we will share these so do a good job. Most fun even this summer

Logout! Select Class Account at the top, left corner of the screen. Then select Sign out.
