Rollout Late March 2009, with courses to begin April 1

Recognition and leadership task team recommendation to improve recognition – confirmed in recent WES results; Intended to increase profile of BCTS work/high performers across the province.  WHAT? Annual, Peer-nominated Administered by employee committee (with support from HQ) Awarded to up to 10 BCTS employees/team efforts publicly by ADM for leadership and innovation  WHEN? Rollout of marketing and communication this winter, with awards in April
