Screaming Mandrake By Stanley Kanu

Harry Potter Chamber of Secrets In the novel, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, it is Harry Potter’s second year in Hogwarts and he learns about different creatures and potions. Then a mysterious creature in the school starts to turn kids into stone and the only way to restore them is by turning a screaming plant called the mandrake into a potion. Soon Harry and his friends find out that a secret chamber in the school has been unlocked and they have to go in to defeat the creature.

Sound is composed of vibrations that bounce around and travel through the air until it reaches a persons ear and the person’s ear process the vibrations into information

. Human Hearing range between 20 hz and 20khz Hz is the measure of vibrations per second

. Any sound that is lower than 20 Hz is called infrasound. Any sound that is lower than 20 Hz is called infrasound. The wavelength of infrasound is long, allowing it to pass through objects. The wavelength of infrasound is long, allowing it to pass through objects. Any part of the human body can vibrate at specific frequencies which is known as the resonant frequency. Any part of the human body can vibrate at specific frequencies which is known as the resonant frequency. The resonant frequency is the tone an object vibrates the most The resonant frequency is the tone an object vibrates the most Decibels is the measure of how loud sound is and how much power the sound has. Decibels is the measure of how loud sound is and how much power the sound has. A balloon popping is equivalent to 125 decibels. A balloon popping is equivalent to 125 decibels.

170 decibels = breathing problems 177 decibels and 1-8hz, a person will be forced to breathe against their own will and it could be fatal. Nevil Longbottom faints

At 240 decibels sound waves are shock waves and the human head will stretch and vibrate until it pops

Short brake do you know your sounds?

L.R.A.D. Long Range Acoustic Device

The L.R.A.D. shoots infrasound at hundreds of decibels for over 2 miles The L.R.A.D. aims sound waves in one specific direction giving the user to attack people from up to two miles away and over 240 decibels, which is enough to pop someone's head. The L.R.A.D. is used mostly to break up peaceful protests and defeat armed enemies without killing them. The L.R.A.D. can even be equipped on helicopters helping military attack without the victims even knowing they are being attacked!

Relate to biology?

I would recommend this book to people who like magic and action. This book is amazing and has kept me on the edge of my seat every chapter.
