The Idea Tell the judges what the idea is as simply as possible

The Problem What problem are you trying to solve? It could be a problem faced by: A Business A Citizen A Community Government

The Solution Describe how your product or service will solve the problem you have identified

Market Size Is there a market for your product or service? How many people will potentially pay for it? Have you done any research within your circle of friends, family, colleagues, neighbours to determine the market size?

Business Model For a commercial idea: How will you make money? For a social impact idea: How will you make it sustainable?

Competition Is there already an existing product or service which is trying to address the same pro How good are they and what makes you incite them for a showdown?

Your Team What is special about your team? What is the expertise of each member? What role will each one play? Will you need to take on more people? Do you have access to them?
