What is a GSE? A Rotary International sponsored four week exchange between two paired RI Districts Involves four young non Rotarian professionals (aged 25 to 40) plus one Team Leader who is a Rotarian
How does it work? Team members stay with Rotary families at the hosting District Each team member has five days of vocational visits during the month of the exchange All team members experience the culture of the host country and specific region where they visit
What is the purpose of GSE? Provide vocational and cultural experiences that develop professional and leadership skills and fellowship opportunities

District 4580 Geographically about 5 times the size of our District 43 Rotary Clubs with 1,030 Rotarians Median Club size is 25 to 30 Meetings are mostly dinner meetings Spouses are extremely active It didn’t seem unusual for nearby clubs to have joint meetings
