I can…  I can give reasons and methods for creating a successful community of practice and a supportive environment for learning and growing.  I can express an aspect of my culture that is meaningful to me and relate it to cultural aspects of my colleagues.  I can express myself clearly and concisely within a time limit.

Get ready to tell a story!  You will use the product, practice, or perspective you brought with you to tell a story about yourself and your culture.

Think for a Moment:  Why did you choose the product, practice, or perspective you are choosing to share with the group?  Why is it meaningful to you personally?  What does it say about your culture?  Why will knowing about it enrich each member of our group individually and as a team?

Be ready to tell your story  Try to use between 1-2 minutes to tell your story.  Tell about the product, practice, or perspective as the highlight of your story— showcased in an important part of your story.
