September 2011, Miercurea Ciuc Soros Educational Center Foundation d.kommer interkulturelle personalentwicklung The partnership: Objectives Target groups The aim of the Learning Partnership To organize intercultural learning between women from different countries and with different cultural backgrounds and traditions, in order to improve self- knowledge, self esteem, the quality of affective links and relations, to raise empowerment and self confidence and to create awareness of importance of good treatment and balanced relationships between man and woman give tools and resources for self-knowledge and self-help teach women how to feel their own personal space and how to manage with higher self-esteem their relationships teach useful methods for conflict management in affective relations raise awareness on importance of taking care of their body, health and soul raise awareness on importance of development of healthy and positive links with other persons promote the understanding and empathy between woman and man exchange experiences amongst women with different cultural, social backgrounds building an affective network of women involved in the project Adult women from rural or disadvantaged areas and women over 55 years of age.
