Disabilities team Appointment with a Disability Adviser to discuss physical disabilities, sensory impairment, medical conditions, autistic spectrum disorders (ASD) Inclusive Learning Plans (ILPs) detailing access arrangements eg extra time in exams, rest breaks Specialist mentoring for ASD Note taking and library support / lab support Register and provide evidence (medical letter)

Wellbeing team Appointment with a Wellbeing Adviser to discuss any mental health concerns, including depression and anxiety Counselling service for emotional concerns including bereavement/loss and depression 1:1 mentoring support Inclusive Learning Plans (ILPs) detailing access arrangements, eg extra time in exams Confidential appointments Drop-in service 2-4 pm Mon - Fri

Appointment with an SpLD Adviser to discuss dyslexia, dyspraxia, ADHD, visual stress and Specific Learning Difficulties Inclusive Learning Plans (ILPs) detailing access arrangements eg extra time in exams, coloured paper Study skills tuition (1:1 with a specialist SpLD tutor) Assistive software eg readback, mindmapping, speech to text Specific Learning Difficulties team

Make an appointment to see a Specific Learning Difficulties Adviser, if you: have a diagnosis of dyslexia, dyspraxia or ADHD consider that you may have a Specific Learning Difficulty, but this has not been formally diagnosed had extra time in school exams (for reading/writing/processing speed difficulties) To access support for Specific Learning Difficulties, you need evidence: A full diagnostic report (after age 16). Referrals for full diagnostic assessments are available

Specific Learning Difficulties: from registration to Inclusive Learning Plan Register with Student Support and Wellbeing Screening Full diagnostic assessment Inclusive Learning Plan (exam arrangement) Register and make an appointment as soon as possible
