Introduction Christmas is the remembrance of the birth of Christ. It is when Christian families get to together and give and receive gifts.

Santa Claus On Christmas eve we leave out milk and cookies for Santa and a carrot for Rudolph as Santa is thought to be very fat but a very merry man. On Christmas eve my family takes me to the cinema. We usually see a Christmas movie. Some other families take their children to church or to the pantomime. Pantomime is a traditional British Christmas theatre show.

On Christmas day we wake up very early and go and get our parents, so that we can go and open our presents, which are left by Santa under the Christmas tre.
