 Tracking and Assessing ◦ Departmental Surveys  Built on existing surveys tracking student demographics, participation history, and satisfaction  Informed by Association of International Education Administrators (AIEA) Learning outcomes tool

 Tracking Areas Global citizenship and global mindedness of the students I change my verbal and/or non-verbal behavior when a cross-cultural interaction requires it I enjoy interacting with people from different cultures I have more trouble getting things done with people from an unfamiliar cultural background When I am with people who are from an unfamiliar culture, I feel responsible for trying to understand their behavior in the context of the their culture When interacting with people from other cultures, I am aware of my responsibility to assess my own behaviors by how they will perceive my behavior
