Mild or strong language can be used depending on the feelings of the writer or the seriousness of the complaint, BUT abusive language must never be used

Write a letter of complaint about a product you have bought or a service you have received (120 – 150 words) Opening paragraph – State what you are complaining about. (where and when you bought the product). PARAGRAPH 1 PARAGRAPH 2 Details – Give details about what happened (Explain the consequences of what happened and how you felt). PARAGRAPH 3 Further information – Give further details about your complaint. (List your complaints clearly and simply) TASK – writing a formal letter PARAGRAPH 4 Closing – Say what you would like to happen next. (Check that you have used a suitable expression for closing the letter.
