NUTRITION: You need make sure that you eat well and fuel your body with the energy needed to take care of others. Keep balance diet and take supplements. RECHARGE: Take enough time to recharge your batteries. Take smalls naps, get a comfortable chair, stretch, take short showers, drink plenty of water. HEALTH : Take care of your own health. Keep your annual visits, don’t neglect yourself, listen to your body, “are you getting tire or are you getting sick” FUEL YOUR BODY
RELAXATION: – Learn a relaxation technique such as progressive relaxation. RESTORATION: – Restore your mind by focusing in other issues, other people, an positive things or events. RECREATION: – Take time for a short walk, open the windows, listen to music, watch a fun movie. REACH-OUT: – Let others know when you are tired, when you need a break, when you need to talk. RESTORE YOUR MIND
PRAYER: – Stay connected with God, pour our your fears, frustration, needs, to Him who cares. MEDITATION: – Take time to meditate in God’s Word, in all that is good. Go to happy place and rest. FELLOWSHIP: – Stay connected with your fellow believer. Allow visitors to spent time with you as well. GRIEVING: – Allow yourself to grief. Take time to cry if you need it. Deal with your emotions now. RENEW YOUR SPIRIT
