Directions: 1. Fold the paper in half lengthwise “hot-dog style”. 2. Make sure the tent stands up 3. Write your name on both side, in the middle – First & Last – please write your preferred name 1. On one side, write a different fact about yourself in each of the 4 corners.

Examples include:  Your favorite sports team, band, singer, book, fictional character, movie, actor, celebrity,  Your favorite food, candy, desert,  A cool/fun activity, hobby, pastime, interest  A superpower that you would you like to have  Something you are good at  A career you would like to have  The elementary or middle school that you attended

Directions:  Finally, open the name tent wide enough to stand it on your desk.  In your table groups, use your name tent to formally introduce yourselves to each other.  Be sure to leave your table tents in the classroom
