Residence permit (“registration at city hall”) Belgian students (Erasmus Belgica) No need to register in Antwerp if their domicile is still elsewhere in Belgium Unless if they have their own income and rent a studio flat or apartment in Antwerp

Inform International Office so that Ms Vanessa Geers/Ms Veerle Verschakelen can make an appointment at the Foreign Students’ Office 2 passport pictures (sized 3,5 x 4,5 cm – white background – no photocopies!) + passport If you need to obtain a D visa while in Belgium, inform the Int Office as soon as possible (difficult!)
