China is now competing with the United States and other Western European countries for vital resources.

China’s Future China is competing with the United States for influence and dominance over the Pacific Rim. China has become an equal partner with other countries when it comes to foreign policy issues. China can no longer ignore major foreign policy issues such as North Korea. China has finally become a major player in the politics of the World.
