Coral reefPeninsula IMPORTANT GEOGRAPHICAL FEATURES An ocean ridge made up of skeletal remains of many sea animals. An area of land that sticks out into an ocean or lake.

IsthmusIsland IMPORTANT GEOGRAPHICAL FEATURES A narrow piece of land connecting two larger land areas. An area of land surrounded by water.

DeltaBay IMPORTANT GEOGRAPHICAL FEATURES An area where a river deposits soil in to the ocean. Part of a large body of water that is smaller than a gulf.

StraitWetland IMPORTANT GEOGRAPHICAL FEATURES An area of land covered by shallow water. A narrow body of water connecting two larger bodies of water.
