Florido, had freelancing activities involving such endeavors as Project In Charge Fit Out Work (Ecoplaza bldg, 6 th and 3 rd Floors), Project Management for breakwater construction (ICTSI), quarry sourcing, photocopying counter reading and credit and collection (Independent –Contractor/Fuji-Xerox). From 1989 to 2000, Mr. R. Florido, was employed and bacame Vice President of a leading courier company and in , was Business Development Head of various money remittance companies serving all the major banks in the Philippines.

Personal Profile RUSSEL EDUARTE FLORIDO, 5O years old, married, business owner of this single proprietorship, VAT registered company, doing personal marketing for various companies with different business purposes, drawing clients mostly from my list of accounts and database, obtained through years of corporate employment and freelancing exposures. I graduated with a degree of BS Aeronautical Engineering Major in Air Transportation Engineering from PATTS School of Aeronautics and earned 33 units for a Masteral Degree in Local Public Management/ Admin from UP Open Universiity. During my employment years in the courier and money remittance companies, I rose from the ranks beginning from being an Account Executive, Reseach and Development Staff, Operations Manager, Business Development Manager and eventually Vice President for Operations. My organizations include Freemasonry and Care Coop Philippines.
