3 This is the Hammer -It’s made of wood and metal. It has a strong wooden handle and a strong metal head. -We use it for fixing wood together.

5 This is the Knife -It’s made of wood and metal, or plastic and metal. It has a wooden or plastic handle and sharp metal blade. -We use it for cutting the food, such as meat, vegetables or fruits.

7 This is the Saw -It’s made of wood and metal, or plastic and metal. It has a wood or plastic handle, and a long sharp metal blade. -We use it for cutting some solid materials such as wood or plastic.

9 This is the Drill -It’s made of strong plastic and metal. It has a hard plastic handles and a strong-sharp metal drill. -We use it for making holes in the wall.

11 These are the Scissors -They’re made of metal only or metal and plastic. They’ve got two handles and two sharp metal blades. -We use them for cutting soft materials like paper, coth and soft plastic.

13 These are the Pliers -They’re made of hard metal. They are heavy and have a rubber cover for holding. -We use them for cutting wires, weak metal or holding them.
