If you hypothesize that water makes plants grow taller than soda then you would tell me your hypothesis is not supported because the soda plant grew 20cm high and the water plant only grew 10 cm high. 2. Review your results in words. Our soda plant grew 20 cm high. Our milk plant grew 9cm high. Our water plant grew 10cm high. 3.What types of error were in the experiment?- this is a serious part of your conclusion- don’t ignore this part (example) The errors in this experiment were that we had different people take measurements each time. We also did not take measurements in the same place on every object. 4.What could you change to improve this research study? Think about what error you had- can you improve your study by not making those errors? Did you actually test what your hypothesis was about? If you say that plants cause a heat island and the only thing you measure are plants…how do you know it is the plants and not the roads making the heat island? 5.What is the next question you can ask after this experiments’ results that will allow further research? Are the results the same on other campuses? What about downtown? Any additional questions that relate to what you studied. This is always written in a paragraph and does not use pronouns.
