Big Sky Pathways What is a Big Sky Pathway? 2 A Big Sky Pathway is a “Perkins Program of Study” A Program of Study is the plan to get students from high school entry to success in careers and postsecondary education. A Program of Study typically includes both academic and CTE/Degree Major Courses A Program of Study must lead to something…a credential, certificate, license, degree, etc. A Program of Study is a required part of a Local Perkins Plan.
