By Bernardo

Newton’s First Law  The laws says that an object will remain at rest until a force acts upon it.  Before  After

Newton’s Third Law  These law specifies that the bigger the mass the harder it is to move something.

Newton’s Third Law  These law says that for every action there is an opposite reaction.

Gravity  Gravity is the force that pulls matter down to the earth  Gravity  Zero Gravity

Acceleration  The increase of velocity in an object  The car is accelerating

Resistance  Force holding you back

Force  Any push or pull

Kinetic Energy  Energy in motion

Potential Energy  Energy at rest

Physical Change  Only changes in appearance

Chemical Change  Changes the chemical make up

Homogenous Mixture  When two substances come together and us can’t see the different particles

Heterogeneous Mixture  When to or more substances come together and you can see the different particles

Compound  When two or more elements are chemically combined  Anything you use in your daily life  Like shoes and your table

Element  A pure substance  Ex: gold, oxygen hydrogen  That are in the periodic table

Atoms  The smallest component of a element
