Inheriting the Promise and the promises of God Galatians 3&4 Law Works of the law Disobedience to the truth Being make perfect by the flesh (foolishness) Cursed is everyone under the law (Gal 3:10-11) Law is not of faith (Gal 3:12) The Law cannot annul the covenant made to Abraham If the inheritance is of law it is no longer of promise Spirit & Grace Gal (1&2) Hearing of faith Miracles among you by the hearing of faith Only those who are of faith are sons of Abraham Those who are of faith are blessed with believing Abraham To Abraham and his Seed were the promises made God gave it to Abraham by promise ( the inheritance) How did you receive the Spirit ?

Sons and heirs Before faith we were kept by the law Slave Bondage under the elements of the world How is it that turn again to the weak and beggarly elements, to which you desire to be in bondage to? You observe days and months and seasons and years I’m afraid for you, lest I have laboured in vain But after faith has come, we are no longer under a tutor (law) Sons of God through faith in Jesus Christ (Gal 3:26) If you are Christ’s, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise You are no longer a slave but a son, and if a son, then an heir of God through Jesus Christ (Gal 4:7)

Who inherits the promise of God? Abel’s blood speaks of vengeance Jesus’ blood speaks of better things: Forgiveness, justification righteousness grace, son-ship inheritance and promise
