Vangstad Summary of Progress: The downspout/basement water leak has been resolved. Heating in the bathrooms is completed. Taping and mudding in the basement is complete and painting will start soon. The pouring of cement and installation of drain pipes are in progress between Vangstad and the Library- the first pour was done today. The main air handler has been hooked up and testing of the system is in progress.

City Flood Protection Project The last section of the east portion of the wall has been poured and backfilling is in progress. Going west, the footings have been poured, forms are in place, and three sections of the wall were poured on Monday. They are looking to pour 200 feet of concrete per week. Parking/street

Heat Plant Replacement House buyouts are planned for the end of August and beginning of October. ONE is working on drawings. Contract for CMaR is in progress. Working on obtaining permits to begin building- can take up to 6 months.

Wellness Center Storm sewer in front of the shop is complete (done last weekend). Ron will discuss timeline for pouring the west driveway at next construction meeting.

Other Projects McFarland 1 st Floor Stabilization First section of the wall was poured Monday and the water-proofing will start early next week. Wick will complete the project by semester start. Field House Addition On-hold until we receive SBHE approval. Student Center Upper Lounge: On-hold until Summer Accreditation Field House: Contractor is on stand-by for when coaches are moved. Back Alley- State Fleet Parking On-hold until Vangstad project is complete
