1. Boil some water in a pot. 2. Chop the broccoli into little bites. 3. Cook the noodles and broccoli in the boiling water. Take the broccoli out when it turns brighter green and softer. Noodles need to be cooked for 5 min. 4. Save 200g pasta water. Then rinse the noodles with cold water and drain them. 5. Drizzle some oil onto a heated pan. Place the noodles on the pan and shape it - heart, square, star, whatever you want! Pan fry the noodles for 5 min on medium- high heat. 6. Chop the garlic cloves into thick pieces, mushrooms in quarters, and cherry tomatoes in halves. 7. Remove the noodles from the pan and place them on a dish. 8. Drizzle some oil onto the pan. Stir-fry the garlic first, then shrimps, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and broccoli together. 9. Pour the saved pasta water into the pan. Add the stock powder, curry block, and plain yogurt. √ Special Features of Indian Food 1. Most of Indian food is cooked with spices. A spice is a part of a plant that is used to add a special smell and flavor to food. It is called ‘ 양념 ’ in Korea and there are many different kinds of spices. Peppers are spicy. There are two types of peppers-red and green. Green peppers are eaten raw while red peppers are used to decorate food or made into hot pepper powder. Mustard seeds are dried and ground into yellow powder. The spicy yellow sauce added to cold noodles is mustard!

Fried Noodles with Curry Parsley has a unique smell. It is chopped very fine and added to food, or is used as it is to decorate food. Cinnamon is one of the three world’s best spices along with black pepper and cloves. It tastes spicy and is used to make bread or sujeonggwa, a Korean traditional drink.
