2 Introduction Define the subject of discussion State the topic to the audience Identify existing knowledge of the audience on the topic

3 Software systems and complexes in quality management – is a managerial ideology that combines business management with regard to quality (with built-in structure for its implementation) and advanced information technology.

4 Software systems and complexes in quality management – a subsystem (or a subset of elements) of the corporate information system, in which the problem of creating and implementing the computer system of quality should be treated as one of the common strategy for automation of enterprise management system.

5 Corporate information system is a certain set of techniques and solutions to create a single information space management and operation of the company.

6 In accordance with standards ISO 9000 Software programs of 3 classes are used in CIS: 1. automated information system to support managerial decision-making; 2. electronic document management system; 3. specialized software

7 Specialized programs of CIS Programs to create functional models of an enterprise. Program for the analysis and optimization of the enterprise activities. Products of data mining. Software focused exclusively on the preparation and maintenance of a quality system in accordance with ISO 9000.
