Who we are Since 1979, HomeSafe has been helping victims of child abuse and domestic violence in Palm Beach County. HomeSafe offers comprehensive programs including: Residential Group Care, providing abused children with comprehensive therapeutic services to treat severe trauma. Safety Net, providing immediate intervention and prevention services to victims of domestic violence and their children.
