Ingredients 100 g plain flour 50 g dark cocoa powder ½ teaspoon baking powder ½ teaspoon baking soda ¼ teaspoon salt 180 g unsalted butter 150 g caster sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 200 ml milk 3 Omega eggs

For chocolate ganache 200 ml whipping cream 200 g good quality dark chocolate 350 g strawberry

*Firstly, you must prepared the ingredients such as plain flour, dark cocoa power, baking powder, baking soda, salt, butter, caster sugar, omega eggs, vanilla essence and lastly milk. *As for chocolate ganache, we need whipping cream, good quality dark chocolate and strawberry.

*After all the ingredients been prepared, put some butter on the cake mould surface. Besides, we also may just use oil paper to put onto the cake mould.

*After that, melt the chocolate. The chocolate bar can be melted by heating it in a pot on the hot boiling water.

*Next, take a big white bowl and mix all ingredients suchs plain flour,dark cocoa power,baking powder,baking soda,salt,fluid butter,caster sugar.omega eggs,vanilla essence and milk.

*After that, mix the mixture with an electrical mixer until it is smooth and fluffy.

*Stop the electrical mixer after the mixture become condensed.

*Baked the cake mixture in an oven at 180’c for 35 minutes.

*After the cake is cooked well, pick it out from the oven. Slice the cake into two layers. Put the cream in between the slices and also on the chocolate cake surface.

*Last but not least, dip half of strawberry with dark chocolate and let it hardern itself. Then take each of the strawberry and put them on the amazing cake.

*As your preference, you may also add on ice cream on top of the cake for a better taste. Enjoy your wonderful cake with your lovely family.
