1. General information and the background of the project Why did we choose these topics and priorities? Lifelong learning and education of adults are one of the EU priorities when it comes to educational policies as a whole. EU developed strong mandatory CSR legislative to become competitive and sustainable economy at world's level. Citizens and enterprises will have to learn new skills and key competences in order to achieve competitive advantage.

1. General information and background of the project Strategy Europe > ensuring smart, stable, inclusive and sustainable economy. EU legislative -> a concept of CSR or sustainability has become mandatory in the form of the law. Decision makers are stimulating CSR behavior of the adults and enterprises who will gain competitive advantage in behaving at enlightened CSR way.

2. Main objectives The exchange of good practices in order to increase the project partners’, enterprises’ and decision makers’ knowledge of EU CSR Directives harmonization process to national legal frameworks. The establishment of permanent network between enterprises, society and decision makers Creation of a CSR guide for enterprises, adults and decision makers to increase adult education of CSR legislative.

2. Main objectives I. The role of Hi4CSR Transeuropean project – different partners' countries learning about common EU CSR legislative framework -> spreading knowledge and developing new or upgraded competitive learning opportunities Examples of good practice + education based on the strategic partnership: -> realization at an international level, -> providing opportunities for further training, -> improving and extending the offer of high quality learning opportunities. The project partners, decision makers, enterprise representatives, participants and participants of lectures and seminars will: a) improve their key competences, b) develop specific and identifiable skills, c) achieve greater employability and easier mobility.

2. Main objectives II. Main focus of the project 1. Exchange of practices of the European CSR legislative to national frameworks in order to educate European adults, decision makers and enterprises. 2. CSR practices in EU that are becoming mandatory: increasing transparency, recycling, reducing pollution, equality, etc. -> developing competitive economy based on professionals knowledge, skills and innovation: 3. European enterprises: in order to minimize business instability, legal penalties, social and environmental risks, enterprises are facing an increasing trend of implementing CSR activities in their business. 4. European employees and enterprises (current and future): facing an increased demand for knowing European CSR legislative in order to behave in a social and ecological manner.

3. Target groups 1. ADULTS (Academic society, CSR managers, HR managers, adults interested in EU CSR legislative framework, attendees of partners educational and consulting programs) 2. EU ENTERPRISES & DECISION MAKERS (enterprises, European and national decision makers, national agencies) 3. MEDIA 4. NGO's & LOCAL COMMUNITIES - Through educational programs and future activities.

4. Results of the project 1. RAISED EDUCATION OF THE ADULTS ABOUT CSR LEGISLATIVE FRAMEWORK a) Increased adult, enterprise and decision makers education about CSR legislative framework -> better understanding of CSR harmonization to national frameworks -> sharing the best practices of CSR implementation. b) CSR GUIDE for enterprises, adults and decision makers The first comparative analysis study in EU -> examples of harmonization and good practice of CSR implementation in national frameworks -> current status and best practices in harmonization of the EU legal framework among the project partners countries -> translated to all project partner's languages.

4. Results of the project c) Online video material ->published on Vimeo after every Learning activity -> for public usage and project partners educational and consulting programs 2. ACHIEVED (ESTABLISHED) DIALOGUE/NETWORK BETWEEN ADULTS, ENTERPRISES AND DECISION MAKERS -> Hi4CSR is a network between adults, enterprises and decision makers -> Dialogue will be achieved through TPMs, LAs, dissemination and local events

COMPETITIVE ADVENTAGE FOR PROJECT PARTNERS, DECISION MAKERS, ADULTS, ENTERPRISE REPRESENTATIVES, ECT. understanding legal framework and CSR objectives in general ensuring exchange of good practices, learning and designing educational tools for implementation of CSR objectives in businesses and society which have to be harmonized with national laws improving businesses and becoming more competitive across the EU

4. Results of the project 4. POSITIVE SYNERGISTIC EFFECTS OF TRANSNATIONAL PARTNERSHIP 1.Learning about the best practices and their implementation from other member states. 2.Improving services and knowledge, increasing competitive advantage at an open EU market of labor, goods and services. 3.Creation of a CSR Guide and other material/publications. 4.Facilitation of the development of business activities in the new EU regions.

5. Participants 1. SOCIAL MEDIA ENGAGEMENT Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn 2. PUBLISHED EDUCATIVE PROJECT MATERIAL CSR Guide, presentations, publications, on-line video material, blog, research papers, published articles in RRIF magazine and website. 3. OPENNESS FOR NEW COLLABORATIVE PROGRAMS Connecting with project partners in all possible levels. 4. EDUCATION AND CONSULTING PROGRAMS OF PARTNERS Seminars, courses, lectures, workshops, project partners conferences.

6. Project management I. COOPERATION AND COMMUNICATION Held continuously through: 1. Between consortium and Skype - Skype follow-up meetings after every Learning Activity (LA) and Transnational project meeting (TPM) 2. Between consoritum and stakeholders for general correspondence and notices Newsletter (monthly), press releases and blogs Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.

6. Project management II. RESPONSIBILITES Coordinator: 1. Responsible for coordination, managing and disseminating the project. 2. Responsible for collecting all documents (offers, receipts, etc.). 3. Provide all project partners with documentation for project activities in English. 4. Launch, coordinate and monitor the website of the project, on line game and social media. 5. Creating questionnaires, statistical analysis and reporting of the project activities through Quarterly Project Reports. 6. Being a part of a local event. 5. Be at disposal to all project partners and interested stakeholders.

6. Project management II. RESPONSIBILITES Project partners: 1. Collect offers for local cost (room reservation, etc.) 2. Connect with projects’ and share project's social media content. 3. Organize and participate in activities under the project objectives and goals specified in the agreement. 4. Regularly communicate with the coordinator and all interested stakeholders. 5. Organize a LA or a TPM. 6. Creata a quarterly report of the project outcomes status. 7. Participate in the evaluation of the project. 8. Write a Blog for official website. 9. Present the project at a local event(s) or a conference(s). 10. Be at disposal to other partners, coordinator and interested stakeholders.

6. Project management III. BUDGET control (coordinator): 1. All transactions will be transparent and visible as they are made. 2. All transactions will be paid to project members upon a certain project activity and enclosed a proof of payment (a receipt). 3. Signing an agreement with project partners (project rules). 4. Project Management and Implementation costs are paid to the partners on quarterly basis. 5. Coordinator is responsible for collecting bills and informing project partners. 6. Project partners will allocate the funds upon receiving original proof of payment (a receipt). 7. Coordinator: Quarterly Budget Reports.

Zagreb, January 2017 – RRiF – Directive on Stimulating the processing of used materials. – IDOP – Changes that came about from the amendments of the regulations on donating food in Croatia. – Ekvilib Institute – Directive about Employment of the disabled persons in social enterprises. – Pontis Foundation – Directive about obligatory Non-Financial reporting. – LUM – Directive regarding the subject of Eco labeling. 2. Project activites C) LOCAL EVENTS AND DISSEMNIATION ACTIVITIES RRiF: Publishing articles in an monthly magazine - RRiF and participation at an International conference 'Accounting and management' (Croatia, June 2017) IDOP: Annual conference 'Corporate Social Responsibilty' organized by the Croatian Business Council for Sustainable Development (Croatia, December 2017). EABIS: Pan-European leadership event in Brussels in October/November 2017, EABIS annual Colloquium. EKVILIB: Annual conference ‘Trends in the CSR’, May/June in Slovenia. TRUCOST: Series of events throught the year: Aligning investment portfolios with climate goals, Best Practice for CSR Reporting, Global water risk, Stranded assets.

7. Project activites C) LOCAL EVENTS AND DISSEMNIATION ACTIVITIES PONTIS: The CEE CSR Summit that takes place each year in November in Bratislava. GIG: 4 different seminars - Corporate Ethics Management, Environmental Sustainability, Corporate Responsibility Management – CSR Communication, Leadership and Human Rights. LUM: Smaller-size events on CSR for PhD students

8. Monitoring and evaluation of project activities During and after every project acitivity – published in Quarterly project reports 1. QUESTIONNAIRES AND ACTIVITIES EVALUATION (outsourced) – a) Printed questionnaires for participants and stakeholders – b) On-line evaluation (Qualtrics or Google tools) 2. SOCIAL MEDIA AND NEWSLETTER ANALYSIS (coordinator) – a) Monitored through social media analytics and statistical insights (+ boosting) – b) Newsletters - Mail Chimp – c) Online video game for calculating CSR index 3.
