New Client Portal Instructions

Welcome to the NEW Julie K Wiedner CPA, PC Client Portal. We are providing you with these instructions to aid in setting up your portal and using the portal to SECURELY upload your tax documents for submission and download your tax return. We are using the NetClient CS Portal services of Thomson Reuters. A Data Security Fact Sheet provided by Thomson Reuters is available separate from these instructions.

From our website at under the Client Portal Tab (see below) and click on the Client Portal Login Link. Step 1

Enter your address as your login ID and the temporary Password provided to you. When you click on the Login, you will be directed to our secure portal (see below): Step 2

Follow the instructions to answer your security questions. Step 3

Click on the upper right tab with your name, a drop down box appears, select Update Password and reset your password from the temporary password provided. Step 4

After you successfully login, you will be at the NetClient CS home page and have access to the File Exchange. Step 5

A. Click on the Source Documents Folder (note the picture below has a placement file, yours will not). Step 5

B. Click on the Upload Icon (see above arrow) A popup screen (shown below) will have an Add Files button and a Start Upload button. Step 5

C. Click on the Add Files button and then browse for your documents that you previously scanned and saved on your computer. When you see the file/files listed on the screen in the popup window, click the Start Upload button. When the upload is complete, you will see your files in your Source Document folder as shown above. Note at the bottom of the above screen, there is also an option to load your files located in your Dropbox folder. D. Click on the File Exchange in the pane on the left or click on the UP button to return to the Home page. You can also click on the Home button under my logo. E. Click on the Tax Returns Folder. Select the tax return file/files and select either the Download selected or Download All button to download your return to your computer. Step 5

NetClient CS access is also available with the NetClient CS Mobile App. The App is available as a free download to Apple® or Android™ devices, the NetClient CS mobile app offers you on-the-go access to tax returns, financial statements, and other documents. With this App, you’ll have access to the NetClient CS Portal Features anywhere and at any time. To download the NetClient CS mobile app, visit the App Store or Google Play. The app is a white square with orange arrows going in opposite directions as shown here. Step 6
