PLANNING FIGURING OUT WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE AND MAKING A PLAN OF ACTION ("Basic Steps in the Management Planning Process | Chron.com," n.d.)

ORGANIZING Implementing a pattern of relationships among workers and making optimum use of the resources required to enable the successful carrying out of plans (McNamara, C., n.d.).

STAFFING Job analysis Recruitment and hiring of people Training ("Staffing Function of Management," n.d.)
