Strategic Plan What is it? Why is it important?   What is it? Why is it important? How will it happen? How will we use it? Who will be involved?

Strategic Plan People and Organization => Campus Priority #2, #1 Provide resources to cultivate passionate, technically competent, committed, collaborative, and emotionally intelligent team members. Forge a culture of open dialog, healthy conflict resolution, transparency, trust, fairness, respect and diversity.

Strategic Plan Innovation => Campus Priority #1, #3, #2, #4 Foster bold innovation with transformational technologies in teaching, learning, and administration through proactive engagement and partnership with campus constituents to support student success.

Strategic Plan Participatory Governance and Process Improvements => Campus Priority ALL, #3, #2 Ensure that we have appropriate representation and participation of the university community in an equitable and collegial decision-making process for IT priorities.
