A. INSTALLS 1. The lower part of Beam should be installed by 2 Supports, which are proved safely. - Support should be maintained vertically. 2. Worker shouldn’t walk with too much load in the form. 3. Workers shouldn’t work sitting on the form. - Worker needs to care for typical work habit. 4. Side beam and Main beam of HORY BEAM fix tightly with Wedge Pin. 5. Material for construction cannot stuff on the HORY BEAM. 6. Timber (25X50) for Plywood Joint should put in the right position and fix. 7. The position of Plywood Joint part is Upper side of HORY BEAM 8. Install separator (tie) right after fabrication of BEAM reinforcing bar. 9. Arrange reinforcing bar of Slab after Separator (tie) installation. 10. Avoid concentrated concreting when Concreting of Slab. B. DISMANTLES 1. Fix movable prefabricated scaffolding on the dismantling position. 2. Two workers dismantle HORY BEAM over the prefabricated scaffolding together. 3. Don’t put too much stress to prevent falling of Side beam when dismantle plywood. 4. Put beam on the ground using rope.
