Identify and overcome specific barriers within the students life (academic, social, emotional, financial, etc.) 37 basic competencies; 84 total competencies 120 contact hours (90/180 hours if claiming CTE) Create an advisory committee to select students Recruit employers willing to hire graduate in full-time
