“Deeper self and others cognitive method”

Deeper self and others METHOD is:  Individual review of personal situation  Solution ways,  plans and strategies to implement it This method is applied to convicted persons and persons suffering from addiction illness.

 Discovering the reasons of bad being- emotional hygiene  Change of restrictive thinking (limiting beliefs)  Personal problems or difficulties identification, search for solutions  Balancing emotions, deeper self-knowledge

 Identification and elimination of mental programs brought from childhood and adolescence.  Education issues for development of love to ownself.  Selfsearch: who I am, what I want, where I am going.  Techniques and methods adapted to personal situations.  Prescribing of appropriate literature.

 Analyzing the failures, the causes of problems, motives and consequences.  Current situation is overviewing more detail and attention is focusing to the changes and solutions that client already applied independently. What helped, what, perhaps, not.

 Going deeper into physical, emotional, human resources that are needed to solve the situation.  Discussing what specific methods and practices would help to start to change the client's condition, perspective, mood.  There are giving specific self-learning homework tasks.  Presenting and submitting a target literature for homework.

 Under the 10-point scale  Every evening, the client value his feelings, which he went through the day.  The stronger feeling, the higher score

 How calm I was  How I make it up with what happened during the day  How much self-esteem I had  How honest I was  How patient I was  How thankful I was  How benevolent I was  How much I trusted in others  And so on.

 How big was my self-pity  How much I lied  How much I was impatient  How angry I was  How envious I was  How much offended I was  How much anxiety I had  And so on.

 Under the 10-point scale  Every SUNDAY the client evaluates his feelings, which went through during the WEEK. The stronger feeling, the higher score.  Positive feelings Table  Negative feelings Table

My personal ACHIEVEMENTS in my personal life, which I am satisfied, I feel satisfaction, I can enjoy, abilities and talents. My personal LOSSES, tragedies, disasters, discreditations during executing the crimes, doing porridge and using drugs or alcohol.

 What kind of people annoying me most?  And whom you like?  What are the most annoying things in others for you?  And what do you value most?  What you can not put up with others?  For what do you love people?  For what usually you criticize people?  For what you want to praise them?

 Tell us more about (name the specific situations) those people. Who they are? What do they do?  How do you react to these situations?  What do you think about this reaction?  If you would hear another person to criticize others for something, for what you criticize them, what will you think about him?  What could you advise him to make him feel better?

 Selecting individual tasks for self-perception analysis.  Using a variety of psychological tests for self- knowledge;  Using "Unfinished sentence" approach;  Collage various topics, such as: "My Life," "My Way", "My book of life"... and so on.

 Personality map was developed to work with the basic questions:  Who am I?  What I want?  With whom I am? This map is using for self-knowledge, ideas, creation, development of relations with other people, own way adjustments.

 The goal - to find out the person's wishes and preferences related to the profession and job.  Specialist is using wishes map for further counseling course, helping to decide on a particular work or training opportunities. The task consists six parts - a dream, thoughts, hobbies, desires, values, opportunities, features.

 "My strong and weak sides"  "Self-confidence"  "People who have an influence on me"  "My name history"  "My free time"  "My family"  "My values"  "My friend and his most prominent features.  "Unfinished sentences“

 "My personal blazon", which consists of 4 parts;  What I like to do?;  What in my life is good?;  What I would like to change?;  What do I want to achieve?;  The task is discussed afterwards

 Projection test "I am a painter";  Projection test "House-tree-person";  Projection test "Fantastic animal"  Task "Johari" window, and disscusion.  Reflection "Do I know how to say" No ".  Independent exercises a "Word helps - word hurts".

 Questionnaire, "Do I know how to work in teams;  Specific situations (which may be a conflict) analysis and discussion;  Exercise "My friends and friendship";  Exercise "My choice".  Reflection "How do I feel in the group?".  The exercise "Conversation about friendship".  Exercise "Friend's features".

 Task "Who am I";  Task "Good qualities basket";  Creation of agenda and its compliance;  Daily summation of writing and discussion about my day by response to specific questions:  What I did?;  Were I followed the agenda?;  If did not, why?;  What did I learn?.

 Questionnaire "How often you experience stress?" ;  Self-learning painting "My feelings, experiencing stress";  Questionnaire "Stress Scale";  Visualization techniques ("Place that impressed me," "My senses") and etc.;  Colouring exercises;  Bibliotherapy;

 Life analysis is not a personal biography, narco-biography or personal negative and positive characteristics naming.  Writing life analysis need to focus your attention on what is beyond destructive behavior and addictions borders, to the real behavior reasons.

 Life analysis is the perception of the whole truth about a person's misdeeds during his mistakes analysis.  This perception often comes when person sharing his conscience report.  Practice shows that the naming of experienced situations and detailed writting all that on paper can reveal the whole truth about the situation.

 Why we are chosen to communicate with people who absolutely do not care about us?  Why does in every relationships we trying to be overriding if it would depend on someone's life?  Why do we afraid of new experiences and avoid them?  By finding a common link between these habits we can get closer to the whole truth about our misdeeds.
