What is Lifeline? Lifeline is a personal emergency response system –connects the subscriber to a response center Allows subscribers to live independently in their own homes Gives subscribers and family members peace of mind

Who is it for? Lifeline is utilized by a variety of people –Elderly –Health/Medical conditions –Physically and/or mentally handicapped

How does it work? Summon Help –Press of a Button Activates the Lifeline Home Unit Waterproof Button choices –Wrist strap –Neck cord –Watch

How it works …….. –Lifeline Home Unit Dials the monitoring center and establishes two-way communication –Monitoring center staffed 24/7 May also be used as a speaker phone Utilizes a land line phone connection

Professional Intervention Within seconds, a Lifeline Monitor attempts communication with subscriber –Two-way communication Complete access to subscriber’s profile –Medical Information –Communication barriers –Mobility issues
