Day One Answers 1.North America Touching 4.Canada borders the US to the north, and Mexico borders it to the south. 5.The Gulf of Mexico borders the US to the south, the Pacific Ocean borders the US to the west and the Atlantic Ocean borders it to the east. 6.Hawaii and Alaska are not part of the contiguous US.
