 Communication is divided into direct and indirect. Indirect communication is communication by reading books, studying the works of art, watching movies, doing scientific work, etc.  Direct communication - there is direct contact with a person or group of people. Anyone who seeks to communicate with him popular with the people, but also need to ensure that these people wanted to do the same. This is the purpose psychology of interpersonal communication.

 Psychologists say that people - a mechanism, so it can be controlled by acting on the human psyche. Psychology of interpersonal communication is focused primarily on the recognition of human dignity.

 Only by creating a credibility in the eyes of the interlocutor, can look totally confident to others. Being self-confident man shows that he is better than others, and that his opinion and decision worthy of evaluation. Own diffidence questioned authority.

 Psychology of interpersonal communication is not one-sided science. In addition to self-confidence necessary to be able to recognize the dignity of the interlocutor, to be open and attentive. In order to determine whether a certain person or not, we must learn to recognize the movement of the human body, as each of them corresponds to any thought. The human body has several hundred muscles, which are directly connected to the brain.

 The most basic "indicators" are changing emotional background facial muscles and eyes, then the neck, arms, torso and legs.

 For example, self-confident man looking the other person in the eye, head held straight, chin may be slightly elevated, back straight, feet shoulder width apart and relaxed. Simultaneously diffident not able to withstand a direct gaze, chin lowered, hands are placed in front of him, his legs stretched.

 All of these reflections occur at the subconscious level, are difficult to control, so you should feel confident and friendly person, and that will lead to a corresponding estimate of others.

 If a person is not sure of himself, that, accordingly he will have low self-esteem. Typically, this property is laid by nature, but sometimes this feature is formed in childhood. Parents directly influence in shaping the worldview of the baby and cause low self- esteem may be the wrong education. Do insecure parents can also grow diffident child. Often, in these families grow individuals who do not realize their true capabilities, which can be far above average. In studying the psychology of interpersonal communication are cases low self- esteem in the excessive conceit. These people are characterized by excessive and inappropriate self- confidence.

 Thus, a person with high self-esteem evaluates himself alone, and the person with low self-esteem depends on the opinions of others. Psychology of interpersonal communication identifies certain signs of behavior at low and elevated self-esteem.

 With high self-esteem people comfortable with the opinion of others; behavior with myself and almost invariably among the interlocutors; characterized by low vpechatlyaemost; no idols; bad relates to disputes; almost jealous and gives more than takes. As a result, a person with high self-esteem and a high degree of inherent self-sufficiency.

 Interlocutor with low self-esteem is concerned that think about it, when dealing experiencing strong emotions. This man is impressionable, inclined to seek idols, constantly wants to have what others have, loves to argue, is prone to jealousy, takes more than they give, and can not accept the point of view of the interlocutor.

 Psychology of interpersonal communication makes it easy to determine which option relates to the source. Confident person is important to others. And from the uncertain and doubting myself own person estimates do not wait. Person inclined to communicate, wanting to have as many friends and a good job, you should by all means try to improve self-esteem that will give confidence not only to him, but the other person who is interested socializing.
