Internal Use Only 4 What is this guide ? This is a guide on how to show an introductory overview of Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise’s OmniVista 3600 Air Manager wireless LAN management software suite. The OV 3600 Air Manager provides centralized visibility and control over today’s wireless networks. OV 3600 reduces the cost of operating the wireless infrastructure, improves network performance, improves reliability for wireless end users, and makes the network more secure.

Internal Use Only 7 Overview of the demo Any demo should start with slides 9, 10 and 11 to introduce the layout of the OV 3600 platform and the home page. The rest of the demo flow is not fixed. Each subsequent slide can be started at any moment – the goal is to give the presenter the option of showing the required features in more or less any order. Each slide shows how to access the feature and a description of the feature. Note that (as detailed on slide 11) the demo is based on a Read-Only access mode and that some menus are displayed only in Read-Write access mode and will not appear during the demo. This overview script and demo do not replace formal training. Please consider notes at the bottom of each slide: this is the key message to deliver.
