9 FUTURE PROGRAMS - Re-interpretation and modernisation of existing geological maps in the Precambrian basement (at 1:100,000 and 1:50,000) This includes sampling, lithogeochemistry, geochronology and systematic application of remote sensing - Design, loading and implementation of an integrated database (graphic and alphanumeric) based on GIS technology

10 Investment climate in Mining A new regulatory framework with: -Investment guarantees (Mcar is member of MIGA and ATI to cover investors against political risks and to guarantee international financial or trade transactions) -Land access ( 99-year lease ) -Legal and tax incitives (Abolition of value added tax VAT for exports, facilitation of income payment, renew on importation taxes)
