Day 3 University of Belize, Central Farm (service project)
Day 3 Tour of local farms (San Antonio Village) Overview of food and nutrition in Belize
Day 4 University of Belize, Central Farm (service project) Friends for Conservation and Development Presentation on Natural Resources Issues
Day 5 Large-scale farm (Buena Vista Village) Large-scale production (Spanish Lookout/ Mennonite Community)
Day 5 Grain and cattle farm Extension Services and tour of Horticulture Unit (Central Farm) Prepare to depart (next day)
Day 6 Sabal Cassava Farm: cassava processing, bread making
