Where and when? Our karate club takes place in Benfleet at St Mary Church Hall, but occasionally classes will be held in London with our professional high belt instructors or world champions. Adult Class You do a variety of things in the adult class which is one step higher than the child class as in fitness and grades. You will learn basics, (movements in which you are able to defend yourselves out side the club) katas (this is a routine of basics put together). Fighting will also help you defend yourselves and then you can compete in competitions and win medals or maybe even a trophy.

Child Class Child classes are not as high as the adult classes but still do the same things. This includes basics, (movements in which you are able to defend yourselves out side the club) Katas (this is a routine of basics put together) Fighting, this is a higher class so you will probably go into higher competitions unless you are a beginner.
