HOW IS PRE-EMPLOYMENT SCREENING BENEFICIAL TO EMPLOYERS

Almost half of all resumes submitted by job applicants would contain incorrect information. As a result, a lot of companies turn to firms offering pre- employment screening services to help them handle data inaccuracy and eventually hire a qualified applicant.

When making hiring decisions there are several things to consider like checking criminal background history and drug testing. A drug free working environment is a safe and secure workplace. Employers should protect the company by avoiding careless hiring.
