What to eat after abortion? What to avoid after abortion?

Ensure to have ample of proteins like fish, meat, eggs, beans, and dairy products. Consumption of high proteins reduces the risk of anemia and depression linked with abortion. Proteins are essential for a better recovery and are needed for new blood cell formation. #1 Proteins

Some excellent source of dietary fiber and many necessary nutrients are brown rice, cereals, and whole wheat bread. Many cereals and flours can prevent any deficiencies. Grains are excellent choice to have after abortion. #2 Grains

4-5 servings each day of vegetables and fruits are necessary for best health and are an excellent source of necessary nutrients that are needed for a speedy recovery. Add vegetables and fruits to your daily meals. #3 Vegetable and fruits

Heavy bleeding is usually linked with an abortion and this blood loss can result in anemia. Iron rich foods like seeds, spinach, beans, meat, seafood, dairy products, and soy products prevent anemia (tiredness, feeling of fatigue and weakness). Iron rich foods prevent anemia. #4 Iron Rich foods

Pregnancy can reduce the amount of calcium present in the body and loss calcium deficiency is common after a pregnancy.
