Presentation transcript:

human ocular primary cells Human Ocular Choroid Fibroblasts (HOCF) from Creative Bioarray are isolated from human ocular choroid tissue. HOCF are cryopreserved at primary culture. Each vial contains >5 x 10^5 cells in 1 ml volume. HOCF are characterized by their spindle morphology and immunofluorescent method with antibody to fibronectin. HOCF are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi. HOCF are guaranteed to further expand for 15 population doublings at the condition provided by Creative Bioarray.
